Our current Bylaws were accepted in 2017 and can be found here ByLaws approved 2017. Since 2017, a list has been maintained of changes that should be made. A group of members formed a Bylaws Committee and has been working on an outline of proposed amendments. Those recommended changes can be found here: Suggested New ByLaws.
Please plan on attending next week’s meeting on 9/15 to discuss these changes and share your thoughts. A final vote on adopting new ByLaws will occur at our 11/17 meeting.
