On February 15 the Norwood Posse dismounted and was replaced by the Norwood Park Foundation (NPF). The NPF is many of the same members but now with the legal capability to sign a contract with the city to restore/rehabilitate the Norwood House. With that goal in mind we will be presenting our restoration/operation/maintenance proposal to PARD very soon. That will be followed by negotiations to see what each party will actually contribute to this public/non-profit partnership. As you might know our objective is to complete this project with minimal tax dollars.
