If you are considering a variance, waiver or modification request, the neighborhood organization will be notified by the City. Applicant is encouraged to contact SRCC Zoning and Planning Committee to discuss the proposed request. The committee will meet with Applicant to determine recommendation to be taken to the general membership prior to attending board or commission hearing. If committee cannot recommend for approval, committee will work with Applicant to find a compromise that committee can recommend for approval. See attached document for SRCC policy on all variance, waiver or modification requests:

South River City Citizens is an Austin, TX, neighborhood association founded in 1972 to give the residents a voice in their community. SRCC covers Travis Heights, South River City, South Congress, St. Edwards and other parts of South Austin (Map Here).
