SRCC Neighborhood Association

On Monday, January 27th, the City of Austin will close the portion of Sunset Lane behind Little Stacy Park. In accordance with the SRCC Neighborhood Plan, the city will restore the creekside area to a mulched nature trail and native vegetation. City staff estimate the work will take 2-3 months.

Neighbors are invited to the grand opening of Aria Grand, a new 70 unit apartment community in Travis Heights, on Wednesday, January 22nd, at 4-6pm. The SRCC Neighborhood Association voted to support the development of this affordable workforce housing complex in our neighborhood, located at 1800 So. I-35.  It will provide workforce housing options in our neighborhood.  The developer will be on hand to show off the development and answer questions. See the flyer to RSVP.
