“Reaching out as a neighbor to make you aware of a homeless routing facility that is being proposed for the old motorcycle dealership and asking for your help in opposing this by signing this petition, as well as making your residents aware of these plans.
I know a lot of the existing crime that comes from this area tends to pour across the highway into your neighborhoods and I’d hate for that to increase with the implementation of this facility.
The pause for concern here, is that the state of Texas is currently litigating against the Sunrise facility on Manchaca and trying to relocate it here due to crime, violence, drugs, public fornication and indecency. More on that here.”
