The City contracted with the Downtown Alliance to coordinate a study of parking on South Congress, including the effects of non-resident parking on streets adjacent to South Congress. Data collected is being used to provide solutions that address the parking challenges in the area, and reduce the burden on residents caused by increased parking demand. A draft recommendation is now available.

Who We Are
South River City Citizens is an Austin, TX, neighborhood association founded in 1972 to give the residents a voice in their community. SRCC covers Travis Heights, South River City, South Congress, St. Edwards and other parts of South Austin (Map Here).
