PARD has made this presentation available for the next SRCC meeting on Monday, August 1. Two of the options include a restored house, while the rest feature new structures replacing the existing house. The options include redevelopment of the entire property and offer some interesting ideas. They also include the projected revenue generating capability of each option. The price tag to taxpayers range from $4 to $7 million.
The Norwood Posse is proposing a much more modest, privately funded, redevelopment beginning with reconstruction of the house and expanding to the rest of the property as revenue permits.
